Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁.
