Not only will they quickly ship your order... not only will they go the extra mile for their customers (I submitted multiple orders, they combined them to one and refunded me the shipping) they send a little bag of jelly beans with each order.

Excellent Service Excellent customer service. They have been great to work with and I will always check with them first if I need any 3D printed related parts or supplies. Their shipping charges are a little high and add cost to the order but well worth it for such good service. I have ordered twice from them and both times my items arrived packaged better then expected or needed and included extras not on my order. They appreciate me a customer no matter the size of the order.

I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4 I recently upgraded from MK3s to MK4. Within a week or 2 I broke my thermistor because of my own stupidity. To get a replacement from Prusa was unacceptably tool long.searching the web I found Partsbuilt.. my savior. 😁.
