I had a problem that not everything had… I had a problem that not everything had been sent so I emailed them and it was resolved immediately. I am very happy with the service and will definitely order more often, the soap smells great and the scent lasts a very long time.

Worth it I have been using Dr. Squatch soap for a while now, and I honestly think it is the best soap out there. I have psoriasis, and using these soaps seem to keep it under control. I have even recommended it to other people with psoriasis, and they have all said the same.

Card Info Theft After failing to deliver on their shipping time estimate by a fair margin of 15 days I was keen to try out their range. Out of 6 of their soaps only a couple smelled any good. Fast forward three months despite ordering a one off shipment it looks like they’ve moved me onto their subscription model, I have no evidence to support this either. I’ve tried to make an account with my email address and they said if I have a subscription it will set up an account. No account has been forthcoming. Not having any support to call or lose with makes this very difficult. They also managed to get a hold of my new card details despite my previous card expiring. Having cancelled this new one I’m worried they’ll be able to steal the information somehow. This is obviously illegal.

Leaves a weird after taste Hi there, I ordered your candy bar fruit spray and it left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. The candy also tasted a bit sour whereas I ordered ruthless rinse which I thought was supposed to be sweet. Do recommend the mouth spray though (tastes fresh though it does look like cologne).

Dreadful products Dreadful products, never seem properly mixed and certainly aren't cured at all meaning the whole bar dissolves in under a week. They obviously have a lot of ££££ behind them to keep serving legal papers to small artisan producers who happen to make their soap peoperly and in a square shape. Search for any alternative you can and but that instead of this rubbish
