AUCustomer Service Incredible Help I recently had an issue with a completed creation but could not download my music to have with my slideshow. I wrote to Customer Service and they gave me guidelines but still had no luck in downloading my song. I wrote to customer service again and Olha replied promptly and she told me that she had downloaded the song for me. That particular service exceeded my expectations and I was able to send a long awaited creation to the family. So wonderful to know customer service staff are there on hand to help.

GBISSUED QUICKLY RESOLVED I recently ran into a problem with my Smilebox billing. I submitted a report and quickly received a response from Maria of Smilebox. Iʻm very grateful that Maria was very understanding of the situation. She offered a resolution and asked if that would be acceptable to me. I agreed to her resolution suggestion and Smilebox promptly followed through. The issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and happily. Thank you, Maria and Smilebox!

Given a thoughts - I am incline accept your suggestion of first option (i.e. -- -to keep your Premium Club Smilebox membership (£29.90/year) but update your credit card information) and cancel the gmail account & refund the charge. Please accept my choice of decision. Thank you, Maria, again for sorting out the issues. --could not be better than one I will extend you with gratefulness. (11 out of ten)

I made a small request to have a link sent to me from my creation several years ago and Anastasia Smilebox Voice of Customer Team answered me so fast and gave me what I was asking for so I could post my smilebox video to Facebook in honor of my late grandpa’s birthday. I’m very happy with this encounter.

GBSmilebox has great customer support Smilebox has great customer support. If you send an email explaining the specific problem, they will go out of their way to help. In my case, I found some recent changes made the site less user friendly. Smilebox found a good solution for me and said they would review their policies. I was pleasantly surprised by their personalized approach.
