GBLook Like A Pro I started with a premium plan which helped me create slideshows but I wanted to post to FB and email. I communicated with team member Anastasia about my preferences. She was quick to answer and get me settled in the Pro Plan which was exactly what I was looking for in sharing my creations. I'm a senior citizen and not highly technical so Smilebox helps me look like a pro . I highly recommend it.

GBAuto renewal of subscription Had an issue that millions of people must get - signing up to a subscription and not realising you had done an auto renew. I emailed Smilebox asking for a refund as i hadnt used it, and not only did i get a response back almost immediately, the answer was yes! Refreshing to have just great customer service, very rare these days. Just wish i had noticed i had done it 5 years ago, could have saved myself a fortune!!

GBI have been getting scammed by this… I have been getting scammed by this company for years. I am unable to cancel my subscription. Every year they charge me $50 for a "free subscription" If you call them, you get a recording telling you to file an online request. From the website you can tell that they are trying hard not to allow people to cancel their subscriptions or manage their cards. Total scammers. DO NOT USE.

GBHaving recognised an issuse with my… Having recognised an issuse with my account, contacted Smilebox on the 19th Sept.2023, Maria (Smilebox Support) Hello Maria, Thanks again for coming back in a flash time. Given a thoughts - I am incline accept your suggestion of first option (i.e. -- -to keep your Premium Club Smilebox membership (£29.90/year) but update your credit card information) and cancel the gmail account & refund the charge. Please accept my choice of decision. Thank you, Maria, again for sorting out the issues. --could not be better than one I will extend you with gratefulness. (11 out of ten)
