Great Customer Service and Site Recently I had a payment issue with my account. I emailed the Smilebox team and they responded back immediately. They addressed the issue and solved it while treating me with respect and patience. I have had an account with Smilebox for several years. The site is easy and fun to use. I love being able to create a card for others and then send it electronically. They have examples that can be customized for every occasion! My recipients always enjoy receiving these Smilebox creations. I literally created and sent a Smilebox birthday card to a friend today!

Nightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

ISSUED QUICKLY RESOLVED I recently ran into a problem with my Smilebox billing. I submitted a report and quickly received a response from Maria of Smilebox. Iʻm very grateful that Maria was very understanding of the situation. She offered a resolution and asked if that would be acceptable to me. I agreed to her resolution suggestion and Smilebox promptly followed through. The issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and happily. Thank you, Maria and Smilebox!

Auto renewal of subscription Had an issue that millions of people must get - signing up to a subscription and not realising you had done an auto renew. I emailed Smilebox asking for a refund as i hadnt used it, and not only did i get a response back almost immediately, the answer was yes! Refreshing to have just great customer service, very rare these days. Just wish i had noticed i had done it 5 years ago, could have saved myself a fortune!!

She gave complete directions that was easy to follow and she followed up with me and she did what she said she was going to do. the service was the best I have had in a very long time.
