CANightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

GBThe support staff has helped me many… The support staff has helped me many times with technical issues and saved my creations from disaster! They are always prompt, responsive, and continue to work with me to resolve my issues. I have come to rely on Anastasia and Maria and know that they will get me through any crisis!

GBAuto renewal of subscription Had an issue that millions of people must get - signing up to a subscription and not realising you had done an auto renew. I emailed Smilebox asking for a refund as i hadnt used it, and not only did i get a response back almost immediately, the answer was yes! Refreshing to have just great customer service, very rare these days. Just wish i had noticed i had done it 5 years ago, could have saved myself a fortune!!
