Customer Service Incredible Help I recently had an issue with a completed creation but could not download my music to have with my slideshow. I wrote to Customer Service and they gave me guidelines but still had no luck in downloading my song. I wrote to customer service again and Olha replied promptly and she told me that she had downloaded the song for me. That particular service exceeded my expectations and I was able to send a long awaited creation to the family. So wonderful to know customer service staff are there on hand to help.

Great Customer Service and Site Recently I had a payment issue with my account. I emailed the Smilebox team and they responded back immediately. They addressed the issue and solved it while treating me with respect and patience. I have had an account with Smilebox for several years. The site is easy and fun to use. I love being able to create a card for others and then send it electronically. They have examples that can be customized for every occasion! My recipients always enjoy receiving these Smilebox creations. I literally created and sent a Smilebox birthday card to a friend today!

I made a mistake in how I signed up for… I made a mistake in how I signed up for the Smilebox service. I contacted Smilebox, and they worked with me to find out what went wrong when I signed up. They ultimately explained what happened, what my options were, and then quickly refunded part of the subscription cost when I chose the correct plan for me. I was completely satisfied with the help they provided. From my experience, I can state that Smilebox is genuine, helpful, and interested in keeping their customers happy.

Nightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.
