I have been getting scammed by this… I have been getting scammed by this company for years. I am unable to cancel my subscription. Every year they charge me $50 for a "free subscription" If you call them, you get a recording telling you to file an online request. From the website you can tell that they are trying hard not to allow people to cancel their subscriptions or manage their cards. Total scammers. DO NOT USE.

The support staff has helped me many… The support staff has helped me many times with technical issues and saved my creations from disaster! They are always prompt, responsive, and continue to work with me to resolve my issues. I have come to rely on Anastasia and Maria and know that they will get me through any crisis!

Nightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

I made a small request to have a link sent to me from my creation several years ago and Anastasia Smilebox Voice of Customer Team answered me so fast and gave me what I was asking for so I could post my smilebox video to Facebook in honor of my late grandpa’s birthday. I’m very happy with this encounter.

Maria was very nice responsive and… Maria was very nice responsive and quick efficient she handle my problem professionally and resolved my issue fast and totally satisfied my every request. She gave complete directions that was easy to follow and she followed up with me and she did what she said she was going to do. the service was the best I have had in a very long time.
