GBI have been getting scammed by this… I have been getting scammed by this company for years. I am unable to cancel my subscription. Every year they charge me $50 for a "free subscription" If you call them, you get a recording telling you to file an online request. From the website you can tell that they are trying hard not to allow people to cancel their subscriptions or manage their cards. Total scammers. DO NOT USE.

CANightmare trying to use this site I have spent hours and hours trying to download photos to use to create a slideshow but it is simply not working. The worst part is that you cannot speak to a human being in order to try to quickly resolve technical issues. I am extremely dissatisfied. I have been a member for many years and still they haven't managed to design a functional site! And they won't let you download and save your old slideshows from the previous version so I would have to continue paying in order to keep them "alive." They are happy to take your money every month but do not deliver a quality product.

GBISSUED QUICKLY RESOLVED I recently ran into a problem with my Smilebox billing. I submitted a report and quickly received a response from Maria of Smilebox. Iʻm very grateful that Maria was very understanding of the situation. She offered a resolution and asked if that would be acceptable to me. I agreed to her resolution suggestion and Smilebox promptly followed through. The issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and happily. Thank you, Maria and Smilebox!
