Excellent and quick assistance whenever there is a problem I have been using smilebox for years to record family times and also used my subscription in my professional life with my leadership in Iota Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma professional Teacher's group. But now I'm not using it as much so wanted to drop my membership, but forgot to before the renewal date. When I contacted the help department, Maria was very quick to reply to my request.
