It was a great experience In these days, it is truly a very nice surprise to find a customer service representative like Cameo Carson. Not only did Cameo search and resolve my TV issue but setup conditions for correcting it. You certainly can be proud to have customer service personnel like her

Item received not as described Item received was not what was described or shipped. Called for RMA and return shipping. They do not want to refund shipping (and I was taxed on shipping and handling). Their return process is very slow and constantly having to deal with customer support to get return label and assure full refund. Would NEVER order or recommend this company!

I Am a 86 year old retired cop and and a cynic.but Saline with her calm voice and patience helped me through the order. Thank you Saline… I Am a 86 year old retired cop and a cynic on ordering things, but Saline was such a calm person and worked with me placing my order on Norelco Shaving heads, even ater me commiting several errors she calmly told me what to do to correct my errors. In a calm voice instructed me how to complete my order. Iwas very nervous but she talked me into the conclusion. You are lucky to have an employee of that caring quality. Thank you Saline.
