GBWhat a bunch of lying scammers I ordered overnight delivery for a part I needed immediately, my business depends on it. This was on a Friday, and I immediately got noticed that it had been packaged and sent out for shipping. Bear in mind I paid nearly double for overnight shipping. Did not arrive Saturday. Not Sunday. Called on Monday and was told I would definitely get it that day... as the weekend held up the delivery. Did NOT get it on Monday. Called Encompass back on Tuesday and they flat out refused to reimburse me for the overnight delivery. It finally arrived on Tuesday. An overnight delivery ordered on Friday. Completely false advertising! What a joke of a business.

GBOrdered a replacement power supply… Ordered a replacement power supply board from Encompass for my TCL TV on a Thursday afternoon. It was delivered within 24 hours! The part works perfectly. Have used for only 2 days at this time, but purchased a 2 year replacement warranty with the part. Looking forward to years of use. Customer service was easy to reach. They were helpful and friendly.
