GBOrdered a replacement power supply… Ordered a replacement power supply board from Encompass for my TCL TV on a Thursday afternoon. It was delivered within 24 hours! The part works perfectly. Have used for only 2 days at this time, but purchased a 2 year replacement warranty with the part. Looking forward to years of use. Customer service was easy to reach. They were helpful and friendly.

GBItem received not as described Item received was not what was described or shipped. Called for RMA and return shipping. They do not want to refund shipping (and I was taxed on shipping and handling). Their return process is very slow and constantly having to deal with customer support to get return label and assure full refund. Would NEVER order or recommend this company!
