I had numerous contacts with her about several delivery issues that. took place when I had a washer and dryer delivered to my sister. GBOrdered the ILVE 48" black with brass… Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass range dual fuel back in November. The order finally arrived from Italy and set to be delivered/installed with white glove. Turns out there was a mistake made while ordering and cords were missing. Ara, from the customer service call line, resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Ara turned this stressful situation all around! Great customer service!

GBI purchased a mixer from company on… I purchased a mixer from company on February 29th; did not receive product before company went out of business. Their website no longer is operational and redirected to investor.polished.com. I have not received a refund for my purchase and there is no way to contact the company.
