Downdraft Exhaust System. I had a list of appliances and a speciality item I needed to replace for our kitchen and Nathan Bent went above and beyond to be sure I reviewed a variety of products before making a decision. He was able to walk me thru the pros and cons of each item and helped me decide on the products that best met our needs and budget. Attentive, respectful, and personable - 160% would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy any appliances ! Customer service Selected and ordered a trim kit for my built in microwave and received it promptly. Great packaging and quality and it was exactly what I ordered. Sadly it didn’t quite fit my microwave so I needed to return it and reached out online about the return process. Received correspondence back from Jackie who was courteous and accommodating. Although I was disappointed the trim kit didn’t work for us I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the return process has been. Will use this company in the future. Thx Jackie!
