GBAppliance Connection Bankrupt with Zero Notification Just learned through Reddit thread that Appliances Connection is now out of business. Bought three appliances from this company since November 2023 -- all delivered. Then I ordered a high end range three times in January 2024. The first two orders -- on sale -- were cancelled and I was told the item had been discontinued in the color I wanted. Changed colors again and ordered another not on sale for nearly 10K on Jan 10. After not hearing from AC after multiple inquiries, today I called credit card company (Chase) and asked them to reverse charge -- they said a decision will be made in 7 biz days. Now ordering an appliance from another company who says they won't deliver for 12 weeks -- screwed on my kitchen renovation timeline. Appliances Connection could have at least notified me of bankruptcy so I would not be scrambling to replace this product or dealing with dead warranties for other products. :(

GBMr. Lawton Ms. Katie Bange was BOTH very knowledgeable, and patient with a challenging circumstance of space - requiring very specific machines; but she was also personable and funny during the week-long round-about of e-mails. GBTop notch communication and customer support Donn Frye was such a help in putting in our order. I tried to order online but two of the appliances were back ordered and the website was trying to delay everything to be shipped together which would have been almost 2 months out! A quick call and Donn was able to place the order for me with the same discounts/rebates as the website and make sure the first two appliances shipped immediately. Delivery took about 2 weeks from placing the order but overall I’m really happy with the pricing and customer support. Far superior to any of the customer support the orange or blue big box stores around me have ever provided.

GBI purchased a mixer from company on… I purchased a mixer from company on February 29th; did not receive product before company went out of business. Their website no longer is operational and redirected to investor.polished.com. I have not received a refund for my purchase and there is no way to contact the company.
