Great selection and service! Great selection and all the staff are very helpful. My only issue is with a couple of recent online orders and inventory issues. Online says in stock, but in store not actually in stock at the location I wanted to go pick up at which is close to me. After placing my order, I ended up not getting communication on status of order, just a confirmation I made the order. Waited for a while and no communication on the status. Would think online orders would be checked, stock checked and communicated to the customer. If I had ordered for shipping, they would have sent me the wrong item. Luckily I always go to pick up my orders as I caught it right away, but the last 2 times I ordered online the experience was not the way I had expected it to be.

If I’m asking about a product and the person I’m dealing with is looking up the price for me and somebody else is not busy they’ll run and grab it and drop it off so I can see what I’m looking at. I really like that everybody there seems to be about customer service

Made an online order Made an online order, Jay reached out the next day to make see how to handle it and get other parts that were obviously missing. Jay was also extremely friendly. The phone said he was calling from Los Angeles, I would have sworn he was calling from Wisconsin or Iowa with how friendly he was.

we were trying to be a dealer via you we were trying to be a dealer via you . has a $35,000 order ready to go. no credit , all upfront money. your application dept refused. that was pretty arogant . we deal in electronics and other merchandise . i reached out to your applications dept and never got a return call. yes , you may be rocking now but there are ups and downs in business. big mistake.
