Bruce, our salesperson, helped fine tune the list, put the quote together quickly, and did quite a bit of follow up regarding availability and delivery dates. He went out of his way to expedite a delivery for some items that had been backordered. Thumbs up!

Normally I would give them a 5 but we… Normally I would give them a 5 but we had a different sales person and he didn't really try to help us or answer our questions. We had a question the day after our dryer was delivered and left a voice mail for him. He never called back. Next time we will just make sure we go back to the store on a day our regular sales person is there.
