CAA wonderful choice. I had purchased my Samsung W/D sight unseen and was relatively nervous about the outcome. On the day of the arrival it was clear that I had not only made the right decision with the W/D but the company in which I purchased from. The installers were incredibly kind, informative and efficient. They even were nice to my dogs, which goes a long way with most families with furry family members. Either way, there was a lot of work for them to do but it was great to have the professionalism and great quality of product in one package. Much appreciated.

GBFrustrating installation Purchased a washer and dryer over the phone due to COVID shopping changes and previous positive purchase experiences with dewaard and bode. Salesperson was good, helpful - no special deals or pricing. Bought extended warranty. However installation was poor and left us in a dangerous position. Installers capped propane line since new dryer was electric. It was left loose and leaking into our house. The dryer was shoved back to position with a 3” hole in the vent. Washer was severely rocking not leveled. Both doors to the washer and dryer were damaged with deep scrapes. We fixed everything ourselves except the doors. Dewaard and bode replaced the washer door yesterday we are still waiting on the dryer door a month after install.

GBCommunication was awful Communication was awful. They didn't tell me they weren't coming for our scheduled installation as I waited having changed my work schedule. When finally they were coming, I only found out because I called to ask and again had to change my work schedule to accommodate their lack of communication. The range we purchased doesn't properly fit our space which will now cost us even more money. Sure, we could have asked more questions but given that they knew exactly what we were replacing they should have told us about the much deeper dimensions so that we could make an informed choice. The salesperson did seem to genuinely feel bad that this whole thing was totally botched and we were left waiting several weeks beyond promised delivery. But there was zero offer of compensation or any real effort to make us feel better about their company from whom we have been buying appliances for years.

GBDeWaard & Bode provided all of the… DeWaard & Bode provided all of the appliances for the new house we just built. The experience working with them was great. Bruce, our salesperson, helped fine tune the list, put the quote together quickly, and did quite a bit of follow up regarding availability and delivery dates. He went out of his way to expedite a delivery for some items that had been backordered. Thumbs up!

GBRefrigerator fix Mike and his helper fixed my refrigerator in two easy visits and did a thorough job explaining what went wrong with it. Overall a easy experience and happy with the end result!
