A wonderful choice. I had purchased my Samsung W/D sight unseen and was relatively nervous about the outcome. On the day of the arrival it was clear that I had not only made the right decision with the W/D but the company in which I purchased from. The installers were incredibly kind, informative and efficient. They even were nice to my dogs, which goes a long way with most families with furry family members. Either way, there was a lot of work for them to do but it was great to have the professionalism and great quality of product in one package. Much appreciated.

DeWaard & Bode provided all of the… DeWaard & Bode provided all of the appliances for the new house we just built. The experience working with them was great. Bruce, our salesperson, helped fine tune the list, put the quote together quickly, and did quite a bit of follow up regarding availability and delivery dates. He went out of his way to expedite a delivery for some items that had been backordered. Thumbs up!

Easy breezy My recent purchase of a washer and dryer was easy breezy from start to finish. I knew what I wanted and called the sales person, Bruce who was professional and courteous and answered all my questions and followed through each time I had a request. Both of the delivery men were friendly, safety oriented, careful and informative.

I was shopping for new appliances for… I was shopping for new appliances for my kitchen and I mentioned I needed a new washer and dryer. Jeff K was helping me and showed me the LG Thin Q. I told him I swore I would never buy a front loader again. He said this was the set he has and he gave me some pointers on how to use it. So I brought the set. It was delivered and set up. I love this machine. It washes my big comforter with ease. The dryer does its job very well also. I highly recommend shopping at DeWaard and Bode. Jeff K was very knowledgeable about their products! I’m a very happy customer!!

Mixed Bag Sales team seems knowledgeable and the person scheduling repairs is very courteous. Unfortunately, we've had issues with nearly all the appliances purchased. Our new washing machine is horribly unbalanced and loud and three visits from the repair person hasn't resolved it. Compressor went out on LG fridge and all our food spoiled. Most recently, the sump on our Kitchen Aid dishwasher leaked and caused water damage and it took five weeks before it was repaired. Incidentally, the dishwasher wasn't even the one we ordered - they delivered and installed the wrong one but we decided to keep it. Ugh!
