GBI was shopping for new appliances for… I was shopping for new appliances for my kitchen and I mentioned I needed a new washer and dryer. Jeff K was helping me and showed me the LG Thin Q. I told him I swore I would never buy a front loader again. He said this was the set he has and he gave me some pointers on how to use it. So I brought the set. It was delivered and set up. I love this machine. It washes my big comforter with ease. The dryer does its job very well also. I highly recommend shopping at DeWaard and Bode. Jeff K was very knowledgeable about their products! I’m a very happy customer!!

GBCommunication was awful Communication was awful. They didn't tell me they weren't coming for our scheduled installation as I waited having changed my work schedule. When finally they were coming, I only found out because I called to ask and again had to change my work schedule to accommodate their lack of communication. The range we purchased doesn't properly fit our space which will now cost us even more money. Sure, we could have asked more questions but given that they knew exactly what we were replacing they should have told us about the much deeper dimensions so that we could make an informed choice. The salesperson did seem to genuinely feel bad that this whole thing was totally botched and we were left waiting several weeks beyond promised delivery. But there was zero offer of compensation or any real effort to make us feel better about their company from whom we have been buying appliances for years.

GBDakota serviced our new range/cooktop Dakota serviced our new range/cooktop. He was very professional, thorough and provided excellent follow-up. I was disappointed that I had to call service, but very happy with how the oven and cooktop issues were resolved.

GBMicrowave Problems We had a problem with our microwave under warrantee. The service department was very helpful. Made an appt. and kept me informed as to the tech's schedule. Technician Dakota was very prompt, personable, and effective in fixing the problem. He was considerate re: covid 19 protection standards. We are very appreciative.

GBTHIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS THING I HAVE… THIS WAS THE MOST PAINLESS THING I HAVE BOUGHT OVER THE PHONE. EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT RIGHT DOWN TO THE DELIVERY AND PICK UP. I SEARCHED THE WEBSITE FOR THE MODEL I WANTED AND THEN CALLED TO ORDER AND PAYMENT WAS MADE, DELIVERY WAS SET UP AND DONE AND DONE.
