We always use VisionGlobal Wifi… We always use VisionGlobal Wifi whenever any family member travels to Japan. It works great from Tokyo, to Osaka, to Hokkido. Customer service and price are good and is very convient to pick up and drop off.

Until it stopped Until it stopped, the Wifi device worked as expected. However, after using 5-10% of the purchased bandwidth, the device showed that I was at the limit and stopped working. The device and the company insist that i used all 500mb. I monitor the usage on my laptop and I used approximately 35mb of data TOTAL. No where near the 500 claimed. Luckily I was able to use public wifi to complete my trip. So my conclusion is that unless you purchase unlimited bandwidth, this device is completely useless.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT Been using their services and product for the past 2 years when going to Japan. Excellent, works every time! Timely fedex to me at start of rental when I'm about to go to TRAVEL, with convenient pre-package to send back after I get back. Will use again this year and the next!

Horrible service Under extreme circumstances I was not able to pick up the WiFi. Being closed on weekends, which is ridiculous as many travel on weekends and holidays, I could not contact anyone. Overseas and upon return I requested some consideration in the matter and was told that a manager would contact me. This never happened. Of course my money was promptly taken. Unfortunately this becomes a negative situation and review.

Excellent customer service Pick up at the airport was easy and quick. I had to extend my rental and got that arranged via email in quick order. Vision Global understands customer service!
