Your hotspot made my trip! Your hotspot made my trip so much easier! Japan has very few free Wifi places available and pay as you go phones are super annoying and are not very bilingual. Connected easily upon arrival and battery lasted all day. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. Convenient pickup and drop off. I picked up the WIFI device at the LAX Tom Bradley counter with no issues. During my trip I was able to extend my contract easily by sending a simple email and also arrange to return the device via mail instead of in person. The staff, especially Luke, is very courteous and generous. I'd use Vision Global again any time!
