GBGreat customer service We were stuck in Japan for 2 extra days due to typhoon & Vision global wifi let us keep the hotspot for those 2 days at no charge. Pickup and dropoff at Haneda was easy and quick.

GBHorrible service Under extreme circumstances I was not able to pick up the WiFi. Being closed on weekends, which is ridiculous as many travel on weekends and holidays, I could not contact anyone. Overseas and upon return I requested some consideration in the matter and was told that a manager would contact me. This never happened. Of course my money was promptly taken. Unfortunately this becomes a negative situation and review.

GBLife saver! Device arrived in the mail well before departure date. It was already charged, so it was easy to turn it on to use upon arrival. Never had any connectivity issue while using for 10 days throughout travels in Japan. Battery life is good, but to prevent uninterrupted service, bring along a portable battery charger. Once I got home, simply returned with the return box. Super easy and convenient.

GBYour hotspot made my trip! Your hotspot made my trip so much easier! Japan has very few free Wifi places available and pay as you go phones are super annoying and are not very bilingual. Connected easily upon arrival and battery lasted all day. Could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

GBVision Global WiFi is cheating on… Vision Global WiFi is cheating on T-Mobile Mobile Broadband Speed. It is extremely slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! == Response to Vision Global reply == I tested at several locations. My T-Mobile phone get very good speed. However Vision Global Wi-Fi has extremely low speed (about 2G speed). I called several time to your company, the staff was nice, however they can't solve extremely slow speed issue.
