March 2020 Japan trip I was going to southern Kyushu for 3 weeks and needed wifi connection. Through the JTB website, I ordered a pocket wifi and had it delivered to my home before leaving on my trip. The ordering process and delivery process was flawless. Once I was in Japan, I activated the unit and used it continuously during my trip...even to the southern tip of Kyushu. There were no disconnections. The issue I had was during the times I tried to send a picture...very, very slow or no transmission at all. But, for texting and web browsing, etc. it was great. I even used it with Google Maps on a driving trip to Cape Sata. Perfect! Thank you.

Highly recommended! I rent a mobile wifi hotspot from Vision Global WiFi anytime I travel abroad. I’ve done my price research online and their price is seriously the BEST! Ordering process is very simple and the service is great as well. They reply to your email very quickly when you need help or any questions.

Awesome customer service Awesome customer service. Convenient pickup and drop off. I picked up the WIFI device at the LAX Tom Bradley counter with no issues. During my trip I was able to extend my contract easily by sending a simple email and also arrange to return the device via mail instead of in person. The staff, especially Luke, is very courteous and generous. I'd use Vision Global again any time!

Vision Global WiFi is cheating on… Vision Global WiFi is cheating on T-Mobile Mobile Broadband Speed. It is extremely slow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! == Response to Vision Global reply == I tested at several locations. My T-Mobile phone get very good speed. However Vision Global Wi-Fi has extremely low speed (about 2G speed). I called several time to your company, the staff was nice, however they can't solve extremely slow speed issue.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRODUCT Been using their services and product for the past 2 years when going to Japan. Excellent, works every time! Timely fedex to me at start of rental when I'm about to go to TRAVEL, with convenient pre-package to send back after I get back. Will use again this year and the next!
