I have a pair of Hesh 3 that broke… I have a pair of Hesh 3 that broke after the warranty period was up and they couldn't replace but they gave me a 25% off coupon for a new purchase. I was glad they were able to do anything for me.

I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy. One headphones hinge broke and I reached out to skullcandy via the contacts tab on the website 2/3 times, and didnt recieve a response. The second headphones ear pads are coming off but i dont know how to replace/repair it. I dont want to contact skullcandy again via the website. Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can resolve my issues?

I'm absolutely disgusted I'm absolutely disgusted. I received ear buds that could not connect what ever help we had. After hours of messaging back and forth I was informed that I would receive a replacement. This was nearly 3 month ago. I have ended up paying for a useless set of earbuds with no-one but a robot to complain to.
