USThe only thing bad about the earbuds… The only thing bad about the earbuds was that the buttons to make the volume higher and lower, pushing it is hard, other than that the product is really good. Definitely recommended!

USGreat customer service! Thanks a ton =) Leng made the process straightforward and easy! I had an unusual situation with a pair of your headphones that I enjoyed quite a lot. Bought them in the UK, got home to the US, and had the headband snap violently and suddenly while putting them on. They got me taken care of, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got a replacement in what was probably the simplest way for all involved. Really appreciate all their hard work and professionalism, and how reassuring they were. Keep rocking guys!

GBI have 2 headphones of SkullCandy I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy. One headphones hinge broke and I reached out to skullcandy via the contacts tab on the website 2/3 times, and didnt recieve a response. The second headphones ear pads are coming off but i dont know how to replace/repair it. I dont want to contact skullcandy again via the website. Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can resolve my issues?
