Skullcandy my favorite brand of headphones. Never disappointed. They went above and beyond to help me definitely more than I expected they also kept in touch in a very timely fashion helping me with my problem I now have a replacement pair of headphones on its way

I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy. One headphones hinge broke and I reached out to skullcandy via the contacts tab on the website 2/3 times, and didnt recieve a response. The second headphones ear pads are coming off but i dont know how to replace/repair it. I dont want to contact skullcandy again via the website. Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can resolve my issues?

She was patient, well educated about the product we were discussing, easy to understand, and was genuinely concerned for me as a customer and the issue I was describing to her over the phone. I missed the rating gadget at the end of the call, and couldn't let this reps effort go unrewarded, so I called back to find out how to give her the credit she deserved!
