I have a pair of Hesh 3 that broke… I have a pair of Hesh 3 that broke after the warranty period was up and they couldn't replace but they gave me a 25% off coupon for a new purchase. I was glad they were able to do anything for me.

I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy I have 2 headphones of SkullCandy. One headphones hinge broke and I reached out to skullcandy via the contacts tab on the website 2/3 times, and didnt recieve a response. The second headphones ear pads are coming off but i dont know how to replace/repair it. I dont want to contact skullcandy again via the website. Does anyone have a suggestion of how I can resolve my issues?

My thing is loyalty I was wondering why I could not get my product that I file for the claim for with Skullcandy. You lied and told me that you're going to give me a replacement you never did instead of you give me my placement for the product or try to give me something close to the product you want to give me 40% off that wasn't right so I recommend anybody that have your product y'all all lies

I am LOVING my new Crusher Evo wireless… I am LOVING my new Crusher Evo wireless headphones! Love the shade of purple, the comfortable feel, i like that there are actually buttons to push and not just a touch sensor. I paid for 2 day shipping, which I normally don't pay for so i was unsure how it actually worked. I reached out to Skullcandy and they were gunna resolve my issues with no problems at all; however i was then told it means 2 day shipping after it actually ships not 2 days from when you put the order in. I was amazed at how fast the responded and how willing they were to fix the problem and be apologetic (even though it was a misunderstanding on my end). I will say i have ZERO complaints about my product! Thank you so much Skullcandy! My son loves them, mostly because of the bass. And my husband enjoys them as well.
