GBI would recommend Guardian interlock… I would recommend Guardian interlock based on my initial customer service experience. Tawana went above and beyond with helping me by answering all of my questions and concerns regarding payments, fees, installation etc.. I’m new to this situation and requirement of the state but Tawana (with ease) set up my account and booked installation on two separate vehicles on the date that worked best for me. GBVery disorganized process Very disorganized process, appointment not seen at shop, shop opened late after appointment. Equipment not received. Made to feel like lower than life for having to get one installed by staff and guardian rep not very clear on set up appointment. As soon as installed had to go right back to have recalibrated.
