GBVery disorganized process Very disorganized process, appointment not seen at shop, shop opened late after appointment. Equipment not received. Made to feel like lower than life for having to get one installed by staff and guardian rep not very clear on set up appointment. As soon as installed had to go right back to have recalibrated.

GBDee Owsley -a Gem! Yesterday, the day after Labor Day, I sat on the phone all day trying to get through having reached the hour limit twice leaving a call back number which resulted in no call back. I the meantime I was in constant contact with my provider continually pushing back my appt. time. Today, (I am in MT) I got up at 6am to call with hopes of getting through. My interlock was in lock mode due to the fact I had a rather serious illness. I was greeted by Dee Owsley, who explained how this would work and confirmed that I had an appointment at 9:30 am. She generously offered to give me a call back at an appropriate time to facilitate my timely arrival for my appt. And, she did. She was as helpful, patient, and friendly certainly the best representation of your company. This turned out to be a very good experience for me. You have a most excellent employee!

GB***Updated -Amazing Customer Service UPDATE- After I wrote this review, Scarlett from Guardian reached out to me, she took the time to explain in greater detail their process. Within a few weeks after that Ezra contacted me to follow up. Both Ezra and Scarlett went above and beyond to resolve and amend my complaint. I will be not be switching to another company. The Interlock Company in Omaha technician Chris is absolutely amazing and provides superior customer service. This review pertains to Guardian Interlocks call in customer service and lockout policy... 2 hour phone wait time on a Sunday to get a lockout code because my car battery went dead and the devices data was full. Representative said to call back this morning for a code because the code would only allow me enough time to drive to get to the place it gets calibrated. Had to arrange to get my son a ride to school, am late to a clients all because my car battery went dead. Takes hour of wait time to get through to customer service. I'm switching to Draeger tomorrow. Most terrible experience with this device and this company.
