GBQuoted me the wrong price Quoted me the wrong price. Set me up with two wrong appointments, one being three thousand miles from me. But, was a decent price. Edit: From 2 stars to 5. Company reached out after having a few problems with them and gave me a great discount for wasting my time and misquoting prices. Everything has been resolved, couldn't be happier.

GBDee Owsley -a Gem! Yesterday, the day after Labor Day, I sat on the phone all day trying to get through having reached the hour limit twice leaving a call back number which resulted in no call back. I the meantime I was in constant contact with my provider continually pushing back my appt. time. Today, (I am in MT) I got up at 6am to call with hopes of getting through. My interlock was in lock mode due to the fact I had a rather serious illness. I was greeted by Dee Owsley, who explained how this would work and confirmed that I had an appointment at 9:30 am. She generously offered to give me a call back at an appropriate time to facilitate my timely arrival for my appt. And, she did. She was as helpful, patient, and friendly certainly the best representation of your company. This turned out to be a very good experience for me. You have a most excellent employee!

GBGuardian failed to report compliance to the State Guardian failed to correctly report my compliance to the state and six years later I my license is being suspended by the state for non-compliance. However I had an IID for 6 months, paid Guardian every month, provided the contact information for the state. Now I have spend 2 days on hold, no one will answer or help me get records. Guardian has failed in their duty to report this info correctly to the state.

GBVery disorganized process Very disorganized process, appointment not seen at shop, shop opened late after appointment. Equipment not received. Made to feel like lower than life for having to get one installed by staff and guardian rep not very clear on set up appointment. As soon as installed had to go right back to have recalibrated.
