That said - I give Backflip a top rating because it was just that - fast, convenient and the customer service/communication was extremely responsive. The $$$ offers on my items were fair market value and I got paid in 24 hours. It's SO much easier than having to do it on your own (like on ebay, or poshmark types of reselling platforms)

Low low pay out offer-UPDATE The pick up fast and on time! I am so disappointed that a large HUGE box of premium clothing received a $5 offer??!!! So crazy! I was excited about this service and so wanted it to work out. However $5 is almost insulting. Oh well. They followed up a few weeks later saying that this didn’t happen and asked to edit my review. The shadiest company ever! BEWARE! Happy to share emails proving everything stated.

I have used Backflip a couple times now… I have used Backflip a couple times now and they're great! Setting up a pick up is quick and easy, and communication on my items is prompt and clear as well. So far, I've had no issues and will be using them again when I do another de-cluttering! It's great to have a service like this that can help reduce waste by reusing these items.
