Exceeded Expectations! My first experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy from signing up, arranging a pickup to getting paid. I cannot believe this service exists I cannot believe this service exists. I saw an ad online, went to their website, scheduled a pickup time and boom Backflip was at my door picking up my old household items I wasn't using anymore. AND I got paid within 24 hours! It was so easy. I have now used this service three times and Backflip never fails to disappoint!

So far So far, I've had good experiences with Backflip, I would like to say that I wish there were more opportunities for more items to consider, like purses, books other than textbooks, and shoes. But other than that, I'm good.

That said - I give Backflip a top rating because it was just that - fast, convenient and the customer service/communication was extremely responsive. The $$$ offers on my items were fair market value and I got paid in 24 hours. It's SO much easier than having to do it on your own (like on ebay, or poshmark types of reselling platforms)
