Great communication throughout the process. Courteous driver. An offer was made in a timely manner. Once I accepted , the payment was quick. I like that there are 3 options on how you want to be paid. At first I had a little trouble locating exactly what was accepted but once I looked around the site, I found what I needed to know. Backflip is my favorite way to sell items.

That said - I give Backflip a top rating because it was just that - fast, convenient and the customer service/communication was extremely responsive. The $$$ offers on my items were fair market value and I got paid in 24 hours. It's SO much easier than having to do it on your own (like on ebay, or poshmark types of reselling platforms)

Exceeded Expectations! My first experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy from signing up, arranging a pickup to getting paid. I received the offer about the next day, and the price was very reasonable. I chose the amazon gift card to receive the payment, and I received it immediately and redeem it smoothly.
