Exceeded Expectations! My first experience exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy from signing up, arranging a pickup to getting paid. I was also surprised by the generous offer I received for my things. Both the chat and live customer service was super helpful. I will use this service again to clear out the treasure I no longer need.

Low low pay out offer-UPDATE The pick up fast and on time! I am so disappointed that a large HUGE box of premium clothing received a $5 offer??!!! So crazy! I was excited about this service and so wanted it to work out. However $5 is almost insulting. Oh well. They followed up a few weeks later saying that this didn’t happen and asked to edit my review. The shadiest company ever! BEWARE! Happy to share emails proving everything stated.

Very comfortable experience Very comfortable experience, the driver came to my house on time to pick up the package and take pictures. I received the offer about the next day, and the price was very reasonable. I chose the amazon gift card to receive the payment, and I received it immediately and redeem it smoothly. I am very happy to use the backflip and going to use it again soon.

I loved how quick and simple the set… I loved how quick and simple the set up was. I was able to set up pick up same day and by the end of the next day I was paid. I honestly didn't even think my stuff was worth much but was happy with the exchange. The only thing that felt a little unprofessional was that, although communication was on point and minute to minute with the person retrieving it, a pick up receipt of some sort or some card along with company shirt would've felt a little less sketchy. Other than that, everything was very efficient and hassle free.
