Low low pay out offer-UPDATE The pick up fast and on time! I am so disappointed that a large HUGE box of premium clothing received a $5 offer??!!! So crazy! I was excited about this service and so wanted it to work out. However $5 is almost insulting. Oh well. They followed up a few weeks later saying that this didn’t happen and asked to edit my review. The shadiest company ever! BEWARE! Happy to share emails proving everything stated.

I loved how quick and simple the set… I loved how quick and simple the set up was. I was able to set up pick up same day and by the end of the next day I was paid. I honestly didn't even think my stuff was worth much but was happy with the exchange. The only thing that felt a little unprofessional was that, although communication was on point and minute to minute with the person retrieving it, a pick up receipt of some sort or some card along with company shirt would've felt a little less sketchy. Other than that, everything was very efficient and hassle free.

I have used Backflip a couple times now… I have used Backflip a couple times now and they're great! Setting up a pick up is quick and easy, and communication on my items is prompt and clear as well. So far, I've had no issues and will be using them again when I do another de-cluttering! It's great to have a service like this that can help reduce waste by reusing these items.

Nightmare come true. I got a quote about an iMac computer I was trying to sell for $310. Was completely honest about the condition sent it off and a timely manner, and was denied the amount they offered me for the computer without explanation then asked if I would like to pay them $5 to recycle it for me. When I told them I would like it return to me it was not shipped back to me for two and a half weeks after I contacted customer service four times. Since then they've uploaded the tracking information and it has been "delivered" to the wrong address, and they are not held accountable for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a legitimate sale. You be better off going to the Eco booth in the mall.

Perfect I heard about Whistle on tik tok. At first I was nervous to send my iphone 8+ in but after talking to customer service and seeing how professional they were, I was confident in trusting them. My favorite thing about Whistle is the amazing customer service and how easy they make the whole process. I already told all my friends about how amazing the process was and the great offers they make for different devices. Whistle couldn’t have made this experience any better.
