GBThe app is extremely incredible! The app is extremely incredible and groundbreaking! I'm a new user of the Cycling Diet app, and I have no issues thus far. It's simple to use and keeps me on track to reach my target weight. One of my favorite aspects of this app is how beautifully it is organized. The app is straightforward to use. The colors are soothing to the eye. If you want to start into cycling, it has a lot of important information.

CAGot my workouts Got my workouts, and plan in a very timely manner. Seemed simple and straight forward. Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems. Struggled to do rides without crashes, ect. Had I been able to continue following the system I'm sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review.

GBGreat app I really like using this app, it has so many great features such as logging calories, telling you how many you have burned and clearly showing your weight loss on a handy graph. The meal plan is very detailed and allows you to add allergies and foods you don't like. I would like to see an article on stretching or a reminder notification to do this before/after a ride and different stretches to do based on the ride I did.

CAHighly don’t recommend Highly don’t recommend, poor customer service and they just take the payment. I was notified of my 6 month payment through my credit card, nothing by email or through the app as a reminder. I sent an email and deleted the app. Note when deleting the app there was no information saying to contact them first. they say because the app is deleted I can’t use the 6 months they charged me (or set up a 6 month account), and they won’t refund me. The Worse customer service As you can see by their comment they ask to be contacted before deleting the app. No where did it say that in the app

GBI really haven't understood how to… I really haven't understood how to leverage the service, so I don't have an experience to go from. Communications seem to have dropped off once I purchased the service. Is the expectation that I regularly connect via the website, how does it work to know of my workouts, where does the diet part fit in. Clearly, I'm not sure how to get started. I ride every week, but from this diet viewpoint how do you want to know?
