GBMy purchase of this plan was reactive My purchase of this plan was reactive. I made the selection without doing alot of research. If you asked me how I access the Cycling Diet (right now), I would say, I don't know. I cannot fully articulate why I am disappointed with this purchase, but I never used the plan/program. When I first opened it, it did not resonate with me and I immediately regretted making the purchase.

GBPoor service all round Poor service all round. Food plan didn’t arrive; complained; had a 50% refund to then have the app shut down on me altogether. So, paid £30 odd for nothing. Total waste of money - should be such a good concept - real shame (See below - I did provide the additional information requested - and heard nothing further, only compounding my dissatisfaction)

GBWanderful weight loss app!! This app structures an effective yet at the same time medically safe meal plan! It works around health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure; You receive a personalized cycling coach. You may begin the app as a newbie but before you know it you'll be expert. The app helps you keep up with your activities along with the dates an times you did them. It's also motivating for those days you don't much feel like keeping up your routine by providing daily motivation and tips!

GBThe app is extremely incredible! The app is extremely incredible and groundbreaking! I'm a new user of the Cycling Diet app, and I have no issues thus far. It's simple to use and keeps me on track to reach my target weight. One of my favorite aspects of this app is how beautifully it is organized. The app is straightforward to use. The colors are soothing to the eye. If you want to start into cycling, it has a lot of important information.

CAHighly don’t recommend Highly don’t recommend, poor customer service and they just take the payment. I was notified of my 6 month payment through my credit card, nothing by email or through the app as a reminder. I sent an email and deleted the app. Note when deleting the app there was no information saying to contact them first. they say because the app is deleted I can’t use the 6 months they charged me (or set up a 6 month account), and they won’t refund me. The Worse customer service As you can see by their comment they ask to be contacted before deleting the app. No where did it say that in the app
