Got my workouts Got my workouts, and plan in a very timely manner. Seemed simple and straight forward. Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems. Struggled to do rides without crashes, ect. Had I been able to continue following the system I'm sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review.

I really haven't understood how to… I really haven't understood how to leverage the service, so I don't have an experience to go from. Communications seem to have dropped off once I purchased the service. Is the expectation that I regularly connect via the website, how does it work to know of my workouts, where does the diet part fit in. Clearly, I'm not sure how to get started. I ride every week, but from this diet viewpoint how do you want to know?

My purchase of this plan was reactive My purchase of this plan was reactive. I made the selection without doing alot of research. If you asked me how I access the Cycling Diet (right now), I would say, I don't know. I cannot fully articulate why I am disappointed with this purchase, but I never used the plan/program. When I first opened it, it did not resonate with me and I immediately regretted making the purchase.

Not as Advertised Initially, it looked as though the cycling diet might be something that would bring additional tips and techniques to my lifestyle. Unfortunately, it was regurgitated information that almost anyone can find in lifestyle magazines. The lack of specific data and scientific methods makes it very underwhelming. I chose two give a two-star rating to acknowledge the attempt. Much more work is required to make this a worthy purchase for someone. For me, it was a waste of my money.

Your information about cycling is… Your information about cycling is excellent. The diet book is very very useful. I wanted to change my bicycle program to have rest day on Sunday, but nobody replied ( it’s ok maybe you are in vacation) . I did not understand the zones while cycling , can you provide more information? Congratulations !!! Best regards Iacovos Sarrou
