On the road again! Just recently started this program. Meal suggestions, pre and post workout stretches, and workout schedules seem adequate. I would like to see a manual input for work done when GPS doesn’t sync with logs. Also, probably could use some flexibility in rides, due to winter weather. Thank you for this opportunity; it provides motivation for me.

Great app I really like using this app, it has so many great features such as logging calories, telling you how many you have burned and clearly showing your weight loss on a handy graph. The meal plan is very detailed and allows you to add allergies and foods you don't like. I would like to see an article on stretching or a reminder notification to do this before/after a ride and different stretches to do based on the ride I did.

I just copy one feedbackn same… I just copy one feedbackn same experience : This is a complete scam! I have never downloaded the app nor do I have an account with them. Very surprised to see a $66 charge to Lithuania on my PayPal today. No response from them on querying this (of course not!). PayPal's sloping shoulders are of no use either here.

Not as Advertised Initially, it looked as though the cycling diet might be something that would bring additional tips and techniques to my lifestyle. Unfortunately, it was regurgitated information that almost anyone can find in lifestyle magazines. The lack of specific data and scientific methods makes it very underwhelming. I chose two give a two-star rating to acknowledge the attempt. Much more work is required to make this a worthy purchase for someone. For me, it was a waste of my money.

Got my workouts Got my workouts, and plan in a very timely manner. Seemed simple and straight forward. Within days of starting the program I unfortunately was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to completely change from the systems. Struggled to do rides without crashes, ect. Had I been able to continue following the system I'm sure I would have enjoyed it and the results and left a 5 star review.
