CANot as Advertised Initially, it looked as though the cycling diet might be something that would bring additional tips and techniques to my lifestyle. Unfortunately, it was regurgitated information that almost anyone can find in lifestyle magazines. The lack of specific data and scientific methods makes it very underwhelming. I chose two give a two-star rating to acknowledge the attempt. Much more work is required to make this a worthy purchase for someone. For me, it was a waste of my money.

GBAvoid Like the Plague Be aware they take your money when your 6 months is up but don’t let you know in advance. Sharp practice. If you delete your account post payment apparently they can’t/won’t help you with a refund (PayPal) even though they have all the details on the receipt I sent them. Completely uncooperative and cite T&Cs. Not sure these would stand up in a Court of Law and just because they cite them doesn’t mean their T&Cs are right. Actually the plan was good but in a cost of living crisis became unsustainable. My advice - eat less.

GBAs close to a scam as you can get I should be able to give this site no stars, because they don’t deserve any. Never received any login info/etc, and then they tried to auto renew on my credit card. Fortunately my bank caught it and reported the fraud before I could. I didn’t sign anything stating they could auto renew.

GBNever used Never used this app. Never got emails or notifications in months. Still need to cancel if company will take a refund???? Revised from 1 to 3 They contacted me shortly after and said they had technical difficulties and that a full refund was coming.

It works around health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure; You receive a personalized cycling coach. You may begin the app as a newbie but before you know it you'll be expert. The app helps you keep up with your activities along with the dates an times you did them. It's also motivating for those days you don't much feel like keeping up your routine by providing daily motivation and tips!
