GBAwful repair job even after sending back 2nd time Three years ago I had them repair my broken galaxy s4 glass screen. It was sent back to me with significantly decreased sensitivity, I couldn't click anything along the edges of the sceeen. I sent it back for a 2nd time and I got it back with permanent black and brown marks on the screen. They didn't even apologize, just made the excuse that they were using a new machine. They offered for me to send it back a 3rd time but I was tired of paying shipping for a company I no longer trusted. Would not recommend these guys to anyone despite their highly convincing marketing.

GBSamsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

GBFast, Professional Service I was traveling to Virginia for business meetings, and when I arrived I discovered that the hard drive on my laptop had crashed. It was essential to have a working computer or my entire weeklong trip would be wasted. I took the laptop to RockIT and they installed a new (and larger!) hard drive, complete with Windows image, by the next morning. I used Carbonite to restore all my essential files that night at the hotel, and my trip was saved. The techs at RockIT were fast, competent, and very good at communicating with me where they were in the process. I found their prices to be very reasonable too.

The employees there put my worries at ease, and took the time to explain the process in laymen terms. I recently moved 30 miles away but I still go there for my computer needs. GBdisappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.
