Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. Incompetent RockIT held on to my device for 3 weeks with no call. When I went back in they said they "couldn't figure it out" and gave it back to me. (I was using them as the local repair shop for my Square Trade warranty.) They also hadn't tried one really obvious work-around to narrow down the problem. The person at the counter was completely clueless, mainly because the repair tech had given him very little info on the paperwork to go by. So, I went to plan B and shipped it to the Square Trade repair shop, who repaired and returned it within ONE WEEK. So much for trying to support local businesses.

Okay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

Kindle Power Supply I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

Great Company - Used Multiple Times I'm one clumsy girl, and after dropping and breaking my screen on my iphone 4 and again on my iphone 5, the crew at RockIt repair has always provided QUICK and great services! one time I noticed a color difference in my new screen, and they took my phone back and corrected the issue ASAP without any additional charges. I always encourage my friends to take their broken or cracked screens to RockIt repair. I will continue to take any damaged electronics to them!
