disappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Kindle Power Supply I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service RockIT Repair gave me one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. The employees there put my worries at ease, and took the time to explain the process in laymen terms. I recently moved 30 miles away but I still go there for my computer needs. Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. For a good price quick turn around time these are your guys! Cheers!
