Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Timely Quality Repair My Kindle had a worn out and loose charge port and RockIT Repairs fixed it for the quoted price and it functioned flawlessly after its return. I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for it but this is because they had to order more charge ports but I feel that the delayed delivery of the parts was a circumstance beyond their control. Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right.
