Samsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

a Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Please pass on my appreciation of the work done on my computer to the tech (s), and Wade C. and Johnathan H. for the updated messages. Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.
