Best option around Excellent customer service. Well worth a 45 drive. They stand by their warranties. Drop your phone off, run errands around town, see a movie and pick up your phone a few hours later in like new condition. Compared to about five other places, they are the best option around Fredericksburg Virginia. Love to support local business especially when they are Veteran owned.

Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Zero communication My experience was so bad, there was nothing to pay them for. They did not fix my phone, and still charged me $29. They did not do anything to minimize the water damage. I got absolutely no communication from them, eventually just picked up my phone and left. I sent a snail mail letter outlining my dissatisfaction. (No answer....no surprise.). I hope they've improved since then.

Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. Great service. I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.
