Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. disappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

Okay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.
