GBa Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Please pass on my appreciation of the work done on my computer to the tech (s), and Wade C. and Johnathan H. for the updated messages. Those were great to receive letting me know how things were progressing. I really can't say enough what a pleasant surprise, "in a good way" this was! thx prab

GBOutstanding Customer Service RockIT Repair gave me one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. The employees there put my worries at ease, and took the time to explain the process in laymen terms. I recently moved 30 miles away but I still go there for my computer needs. GBGood but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

GBOkay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

GBAwful repair job even after sending back 2nd time Three years ago I had them repair my broken galaxy s4 glass screen. It was sent back to me with significantly decreased sensitivity, I couldn't click anything along the edges of the sceeen. I sent it back for a 2nd time and I got it back with permanent black and brown marks on the screen. They didn't even apologize, just made the excuse that they were using a new machine. They offered for me to send it back a 3rd time but I was tired of paying shipping for a company I no longer trusted. Would not recommend these guys to anyone despite their highly convincing marketing.
