The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Samsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!
