Samsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. Timely Quality Repair My Kindle had a worn out and loose charge port and RockIT Repairs fixed it for the quoted price and it functioned flawlessly after its return. I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for it but this is because they had to order more charge ports but I feel that the delayed delivery of the parts was a circumstance beyond their control. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and Colleagues and would have no hesistantion to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rock IT.

Zero communication My experience was so bad, there was nothing to pay them for. They did not fix my phone, and still charged me $29. They did not do anything to minimize the water damage. I got absolutely no communication from them, eventually just picked up my phone and left. I sent a snail mail letter outlining my dissatisfaction. (No answer....no surprise.). I hope they've improved since then.

Best option around Excellent customer service. Well worth a 45 drive. They stand by their warranties. Drop your phone off, run errands around town, see a movie and pick up your phone a few hours later in like new condition. Compared to about five other places, they are the best option around Fredericksburg Virginia. Love to support local business especially when they are Veteran owned.
