Awful repair job even after sending back 2nd time Three years ago I had them repair my broken galaxy s4 glass screen. It was sent back to me with significantly decreased sensitivity, I couldn't click anything along the edges of the sceeen. I sent it back for a 2nd time and I got it back with permanent black and brown marks on the screen. They didn't even apologize, just made the excuse that they were using a new machine. They offered for me to send it back a 3rd time but I was tired of paying shipping for a company I no longer trusted. Would not recommend these guys to anyone despite their highly convincing marketing.

Fast, Professional Service I was traveling to Virginia for business meetings, and when I arrived I discovered that the hard drive on my laptop had crashed. It was essential to have a working computer or my entire weeklong trip would be wasted. I took the laptop to RockIT and they installed a new (and larger!) hard drive, complete with Windows image, by the next morning. I used Carbonite to restore all my essential files that night at the hotel, and my trip was saved. The techs at RockIT were fast, competent, and very good at communicating with me where they were in the process. I found their prices to be very reasonable too.

Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can.
