GBAwful repair job even after sending back 2nd time Three years ago I had them repair my broken galaxy s4 glass screen. It was sent back to me with significantly decreased sensitivity, I couldn't click anything along the edges of the sceeen. I sent it back for a 2nd time and I got it back with permanent black and brown marks on the screen. They didn't even apologize, just made the excuse that they were using a new machine. They offered for me to send it back a 3rd time but I was tired of paying shipping for a company I no longer trusted. Would not recommend these guys to anyone despite their highly convincing marketing.

GBOkay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

GBGreat service. I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.

GBHome Button Replacement It is important to support small, locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

GBdisappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.
