Kindle Power Supply I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

Fast, Professional Service I was traveling to Virginia for business meetings, and when I arrived I discovered that the hard drive on my laptop had crashed. It was essential to have a working computer or my entire weeklong trip would be wasted. I took the laptop to RockIT and they installed a new (and larger!) hard drive, complete with Windows image, by the next morning. I used Carbonite to restore all my essential files that night at the hotel, and my trip was saved.
