a Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Best option around Excellent customer service. Well worth a 45 drive. They stand by their warranties. Drop your phone off, run errands around town, see a movie and pick up your phone a few hours later in like new condition. Compared to about five other places, they are the best option around Fredericksburg Virginia. Love to support local business especially when they are Veteran owned.
