Best option around Excellent customer service. Well worth a 45 drive. They stand by their warranties. Drop your phone off, run errands around town, see a movie and pick up your phone a few hours later in like new condition. Compared to about five other places, they are the best option around Fredericksburg Virginia. Love to support local business especially when they are Veteran owned.

Fast, Professional Service I was traveling to Virginia for business meetings, and when I arrived I discovered that the hard drive on my laptop had crashed. It was essential to have a working computer or my entire weeklong trip would be wasted. I took the laptop to RockIT and they installed a new (and larger!) hard drive, complete with Windows image, by the next morning. I used Carbonite to restore all my essential files that night at the hotel, and my trip was saved. The techs at RockIT were fast, competent, and very good at communicating with me where they were in the process. I found their prices to be very reasonable too.

Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. a Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!!
