The employees there put my worries at ease, and took the time to explain the process in laymen terms. I recently moved 30 miles away but I still go there for my computer needs. disappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

Great Company - Used Multiple Times I'm one clumsy girl, and after dropping and breaking my screen on my iphone 4 and again on my iphone 5, the crew at RockIt repair has always provided QUICK and great services! one time I noticed a color difference in my new screen, and they took my phone back and corrected the issue ASAP without any additional charges. I always encourage my friends to take their broken or cracked screens to RockIt repair. I will continue to take any damaged electronics to them!

Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.

Timely Quality Repair My Kindle had a worn out and loose charge port and RockIT Repairs fixed it for the quoted price and it functioned flawlessly after its return. I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for it but this is because they had to order more charge ports but I feel that the delayed delivery of the parts was a circumstance beyond their control. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and Colleagues and would have no hesistantion to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rock IT.
