The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right.
