The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Home Button Replacement It is important to support small,locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

Timely Quality Repair My Kindle had a worn out and loose charge port and RockIT Repairs fixed it for the quoted price and it functioned flawlessly after its return. I had to wait a little longer than I had hoped for it but this is because they had to order more charge ports but I feel that the delayed delivery of the parts was a circumstance beyond their control. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and Colleagues and would have no hesistantion to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rock IT.

Good but could have been great Fixed issue for quoted price ($80) but when did an add on charged ($40), as you would expect, but returned without testing so we had to drive 20 miles round trip to get corrected. Should have a given a $10 credit for inconvenience and it would have been a great experience.
