GBFast, Professional Service I was traveling to Virginia for business meetings, and when I arrived I discovered that the hard drive on my laptop had crashed. It was essential to have a working computer or my entire weeklong trip would be wasted. I took the laptop to RockIT and they installed a new (and larger!) hard drive, complete with Windows image, by the next morning. I used Carbonite to restore all my essential files that night at the hotel, and my trip was saved. The techs at RockIT were fast, competent, and very good at communicating with me where they were in the process. I found their prices to be very reasonable too.

GBOkay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

GBGreat Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. For a good price quick turn around time these are your guys! Cheers!

GBdisappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

GBZero communication My experience was so bad, there was nothing to pay them for. They did not fix my phone, and still charged me $29. They did not do anything to minimize the water damage. I got absolutely no communication from them, eventually just picked up my phone and left. I sent a snail mail letter outlining my dissatisfaction. (No answer....no surprise.). I hope they've improved since then.
