a Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! disappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

Best option around Excellent customer service. Well worth a 45 drive. They stand by their warranties. Drop your phone off, run errands around town, see a movie and pick up your phone a few hours later in like new condition. Compared to about five other places, they are the best option around Fredericksburg Virginia. Love to support local business especially when they are Veteran owned.
