Great Company - Used Multiple Times I'm one clumsy girl, and after dropping and breaking my screen on my iphone 4 and again on my iphone 5, the crew at RockIt repair has always provided QUICK and great services! one time I noticed a color difference in my new screen, and they took my phone back and corrected the issue ASAP without any additional charges. I always encourage my friends to take their broken or cracked screens to RockIt repair. I will continue to take any damaged electronics to them!

Great Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. Awful repair job even after sending back 2nd time Three years ago I had them repair my broken galaxy s4 glass screen. It was sent back to me with significantly decreased sensitivity, I couldn't click anything along the edges of the sceeen. I sent it back for a 2nd time and I got it back with permanent black and brown marks on the screen. They didn't even apologize, just made the excuse that they were using a new machine. They offered for me to send it back a 3rd time but I was tired of paying shipping for a company I no longer trusted. Would not recommend these guys to anyone despite their highly convincing marketing.

Samsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

Great service. I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.
