Home Button Replacement It is important to support small, locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

Outstanding Customer Service RockIT Repair gave me one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. The employees there put my worries at ease, and took the time to explain the process in laymen terms. I recently moved 30 miles away but I still go there for my computer needs. Thank you RockIT Repair.

Samsung Galaxy S3 charger port replacement Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday, received an email two hours later saying repair was complete, picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

Great service. I was pleased with the work they did on my Galaxy siii. The problem is that within a few months, the charging port broken again. Unfortunately, RickIt didn't have a warranty period long enough, so I never fixed the phone again because it would have cost me another $70.
