disappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.

Kindle Power Supply I had one of those difficult to diagnose electrical problems... the Kindle did not hold a charge. After replacing both the battery and the charging port the unit was returned to me but it just wasn't right - the unit indicated it was charging but it never fully charged. I return the unit and then RockIT then replaced the main circuit board (at no charge) and the unit was perfect. This wasn't fun but the bottom line is they stood behind their work - integrity. They made it right!!!!

a Happy New Year...due to Quick, professional repair of laptop motherboard Thank you and your techs on quick replacement and repair of my laptop's motherboard. The part coming in sooner than expected (allowing RockIT to complete work ahead of time estimated) was perfect allowing me to reinstall all the software and backed up files i needed to start my spring semester's Master's class. Laptop is Working great and I have installed some pretty heavy software packages without a problem along with several external USB devices!!! Perfect work by your team and at a reasonable cost!!! Please pass on my appreciation of the work done on my computer to the tech (s), and Wade C. and Johnathan H. for the updated messages.
