USHome Button Replacement It is important to support small,locally owned businesses especially when the service is great and the prices are fair. All around great people to work with - very congenial and professional. I highly recommend this company. My son had his screen replaced and they were fair to him as well - I was surprised because he was only 17 when he took his phone in for repair. Usually businesses take advantage of young kids - not at RockIt - they treated him well and the repair was done to perfection.

USGreat Company - Used Multiple Times I'm one clumsy girl, and after dropping and breaking my screen on my iphone 4 and again on my iphone 5, the crew at RockIt repair has always provided QUICK and great services! one time I noticed a color difference in my new screen, and they took my phone back and corrected the issue ASAP without any additional charges. I always encourage my friends to take their broken or cracked screens to RockIt repair. I will continue to take any damaged electronics to them!

USOkay Had a good experience with my ipod touch awhile back, my last experience which was with my ipad is why I had to give this 3 stars than 5. Seemed like they were getting frustrated when I was confused about a situation typing in all caps in their reply email which kinda hurt my feelings because I liked getting my stuff repaired by these guys.

USGreat Service! I've used them on several occasions they are professional prompt and friendly. If there are any issues with the job they work quick to make it right. I use them as my preferred screen repair outsource business I run my own computer repair business but send them all my mobile phone repair jobs because they can do it better and faster than even i can. For a good price quick turn around time these are your guys! Cheers!

USdisappointing I was surprised that I got this request for a review since the work was done months ago. Communication about repair status was poor. The repair did nothing to fix the phone. Good owner. Lackluster employees. Suggest using a different service provider.
