They sent it through DHL shipping and I had asked DHL that I would pick it up from their warehouse location and they didn’t even listen and somehow they sent it out for delivery and package was lost… Autel quickly took care of the bad situation and dealt with it amazingly and sent me another one fast shipping and included me extra batteries for the bad experience… I dealt with a lot of drone companies online and this one is the best one ever… this is my 11th order from this company and always has been amazing… thanks autel…

Received the purchased product in a… Received the purchased product in a timely manner. At first some accessories were delivered via USPS and the order showed fulfilled without receiving the purchased drone. Shortly thereafter, however, the drone shipment arrived via UPS. The price and service was great. My only recommendation is that the tracking information be provided for the UPS shipment as well to eliminate any confusion. Other than that everything was great and what was ordered was received.

Great drone buying experience plus a great drone In a nutshell, I flew another companies drone for 6 years for relaxation and thought I would try Autel. First purchase was an evo 2 pro V3 with remote controller SE rugged bundle. Drone has been great and after 84 flights very few issues and flies like the day it came out of the box. Overall great purchase. Been looking for a smaller drone and bought my 2nd Autel drone in early November. The evo lite plus series premium bundle. Still sitting in box as weather has been terrible, but very excited to add a 2nd smaller bird to the fleet. Customer service has been great and looking forward to many flights to come. Sports Action Live-Streaming Purchased this product with the intent of live streaming Softball games to team parents, and this device exceeded every expectation! The final game I live-streamed was in 30-35mph steady winds and nobody watching had any indication of that. The device was so steady, provided awesome quality from about 100 yards away. Totally impressive.
