So now we are approaching two years… So now we are approaching two years since this company advertised an EVO II v 1 smart controller which they were unable to provide. Took my $1,199.00 quick enough, but have not responded to emails for over a year. MY RECOMMENDATION IS NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They have not contacted me about their inability to provide the product and have not refunded my money.

I ordered the Evo Lite + Premium Rugged… I ordered the Evo Lite + Premium Rugged Bundle from Autelpilot on 3/13/23, and had it in my hands on 3/17/23. I am 100% happy with the fast delivery and the courteous service I received. The bundle is amazing. It's my first Autel drone, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I ordered the Evo 2 v3 bundle I ordered the Evo 2 v3 bundle. I placed my order online and found it to be easy and straight forward. I ran across a problem with the discount that comes with sharing your email address. This gave me the chance to contact customer service. I was very pleased with the prompt replies and resolution! The order arrive in a short time. Everything was packed well and had no problems setting up. VERY pleased with my new drone! I did have an issue with UPS which had nothing to do with Autelpilot. I gave the infomation to Customer Service and they used it to correct the problem. I am VERY pleased with this company and will continue to do business with them!
