Anne is wonderful Anne is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! I was on the phone with her about 2 hours and she had all my issued corrected except for two. The manufacturer has to address the other two issues and will have to send me a fix for them. If you need any assistance I would definitely ask for Anne!

Paid over $600 for a radio had a car… Paid over $600 for a radio had a car accident in which vehicle was total lost. Removed radio from vehicle but didn't know to remove 2 little plastic braces. So I got a new vehicle and tried to install it to find I needed said braces and reached out to the company and after jumping through hoops and tricks was told these braces would cost over $100 for 2 pieces of plastic no more than 3 inches long!!!! What ever happened to valued customers!!!!!

He should be training others or in management Jario was absolutely amazing! That young man is an asset to your company and should be given a hell of a raise! I was dealing with an issue that others before him were not able to resolve. But he did! He went above and beyond and provided me with the best service and support I think I have ever received. Very nice young man with a bright future if he continues conducting himself the way he did with me. Thank you so much and hope you know how much I appreciate you!!

Excellent technical support after the sale. I purchased a really nice radio for my Ford F250. The install shop made an error. Support was great in helping Mr troubleshoot the problem. The service after the sale was excellent.
