I was dealing with an issue that others before him were not able to resolve. But he did! He went above and beyond and provided me with the best service and support I think I have ever received. I had issues with the equalizer and together we found that I was attempting to set it in the wrong place. Also had an issue with the clock auto setting incorrectly and he directed me to the correct setting to resolve that in android. Very patient and very friendly tech support professional. I enjoyed working with him greatly!

GBPaid over $600 for a radio had a car… Paid over $600 for a radio had a car accident in which vehicle was total lost. Removed radio from vehicle but didn't know to remove 2 little plastic braces. So I got a new vehicle and tried to install it to find I needed said braces and reached out to the company and after jumping through hoops and tricks was told these braces would cost over $100 for 2 pieces of plastic no more than 3 inches long!!!! What ever happened to valued customers!!!!!

GBAvoid this company! I had a 12.5" stereo installed in my 2012 RAM 3500 HD at their Walnut location. While the installation looked good initially, there were several problems: - The microphone didn't work for phone calls. It took them many messages and a software update to fix this, but other issues remained. - The air conditioner controls never worked, total chaos. - The SIM data card only worked with a few apps. - The text on the native Android 12 apps was too small to read (Android Auto worked fine). - The system settings showed my car model as unsupported. - After the installation, the rear door window controls stopped working from the door. The company refused to address these remaining problems. I am suing them for the cost of the stereo, installation, restoring the original stereo by a dealer, and my other expenses.
