He was able to quickly identify a possible solution and provide me with quick advice. He was able to communicate effectively and got the right info. Fantastic support Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with Robert and then with Alex. I had issues with the equalizer and together we found that I was attempting to set it in the wrong place. Also had an issue with the clock auto setting incorrectly and he directed me to the correct setting to resolve that in android. Very patient and very friendly tech support professional. I enjoyed working with him greatly!
