Fantastic support Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with Robert and then with Alex. Both were amazing but Alex was exceptional. Fast responses and very patient as we worked thru the issues and got everything resolved. Great product and fantastic support.

KV phoenix Automotive Inc do not buy… KV phoenix Automotive Inc do not buy from them I spent $800 on a 12.1 touch screen radio that volume know don't work, Bluetooth does not work, been dealing with them a month now n won't send a new functional radio horrible customer service n robbed me out my $ unbelievable

Thank you! The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!
