GBOriginally I wrote a review with 1… Originally I wrote a review with 1 star, I think they saw it and got back with me quick. They do have pretty bright people manning customer support that don’t know anything about the product. One of those bright people did a smart thing and ask someone that do know. I finally received the right cables. Was able to finally hook it up. Whatever is not compatible will make the system reboot It’s an android system so you can download it very thing you need from google play Can’t change the clock or the vehicle image on the main screen. It’s stupid to have a jeep compass on the screen when this is supposed to be for a tacoma

GBThank you! The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!

GBHad a meeting via Google Meet with… Had a meeting via Google Meet with Robert. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify a possible solution and provide me with quick advice. He was able to communicate effectively and got the right info. I will certainly have no issue contacting the company again if I need assistance. The company is very willing to work to fix and improve their products. Great job and the video conference worked really well!

GBExcellent technical support after the sale. I purchased a really nice radio for my Ford F250. The install shop made an error. Support was great in helping Mr troubleshoot the problem. The service after the sale was excellent.

GBWorld Class Support World Class Support I connected with Jes and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. My issues initially was random disconnect. I did a firmware update that fixed the random reboot but the update caused my Apple CarPlay to not play sound. Jes and I tested sound via WiFi and checked config. After a few minutes a new update was provided. Thanks again Jes for your remarkable support!!!
