He was able to quickly identify a possible solution and provide me with quick advice. He was able to communicate effectively and got the right info. I will certainly have no issue contacting the company again if I need assistance. The company is very willing to work to fix and improve their products. Great job and the video conference worked really well!

Fantastic support Had some issues with getting the radio installed and working properly on my 2019 Ram Powerwagon. Worked first with Robert and then with Alex. Both were amazing but Alex was exceptional. Fast responses and very patient as we worked thru the issues and got everything resolved. Great product and fantastic support.

I have had my phoenix automotive radio… I have had my phoenix automotive radio for a week now. Anytime I have an issue, your customer service has been outstanding. I had a video conference today regarding three issues, Shereena was amazing, clear and precise with her instruction. By far the best customer service I have dealt with. Thank you

Originally I wrote a review with 1… Originally I wrote a review with 1 star, I think they saw it and got back with me quick. They do have pretty bright people manning customer support that don’t know anything about the product. One of those bright people did a smart thing and ask someone that do know. I finally received the right cables. Was able to finally hook it up. Whatever is not compatible will make the system reboot It’s an android system so you can download it very thing you need from google play Can’t change the clock or the vehicle image on the main screen. It’s stupid to have a jeep compass on the screen when this is supposed to be for a tacoma

I had issues with the equalizer and together we found that I was attempting to set it in the wrong place. Also had an issue with the clock auto setting incorrectly and he directed me to the correct setting to resolve that in android. Very patient and very friendly tech support professional. I enjoyed working with him greatly!
