GBThank you! The experience at first was a bit difficult, however, once I got in contact with customer service and help from tech support - everything just went by so smoothly. They were incredibly patient with me as well, waiting for me to connect everything which is what took the longest from this whole experience. I sincerely appreciate the help!

GBAnne is wonderful Anne is wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! I was on the phone with her about 2 hours and she had all my issued corrected except for two. The manufacturer has to address the other two issues and will have to send me a fix for them. If you need any assistance I would definitely ask for Anne!

GBHad a meeting via Google Meet with… Had a meeting via Google Meet with Robert. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify a possible solution and provide me with quick advice. He was able to communicate effectively and got the right info. I will certainly have no issue contacting the company again if I need assistance. The company is very willing to work to fix and improve their products. Great job and the video conference worked really well!
