We are on the third floor of a building with no elevator, so it was NOT an easy delivery getting appliances up and down the stairs - but all went smoothly. Love this company and will shop here again!

Pleasantly surprised I was really hesitant about going there, because I thought I wouldn’t be able to today afford anything there, but I had a wonderful experience at ABT. My salesman (Mr. O’Brien) was great and he helped me in every way that he could though price matching, to get a refrigerator at a price that was right for me.I am very happy with my whirlpool refrigerator. It’s nothing fancy. It keeps my Pepsi cold and my Häagen-Dazs bars frozen. So I’m very happy with my purchase. Would likely recommend. Also, the store is “Beautiful”?

Great staff, Great Products, Great Store! I've been shopping at Abt for years. They are a great family owned store with super knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are always ready to listen to you and open to giving you whatever discounts they can. I recently bought a big 75 inch flat screen TV. The salesman gave me some great discounts that really sweetened the deal. The delivery was right on time and the guys were super nice, helpful, and very careful with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Abt to anyone who is looking for an experience that is superior to your typical electronics franchise store one!

Delivery was superb Delivery was superb! We were notified days in advance of the 3-hour window via email and text message. The dispatcher called us the morning of the delivery to confirm everything was good to go at the planned time/window. Delivery driver called us when they were 10-15 minutes from arrival, EXACTLY in the middle of DELIVERY Window. The two delivery staff members were professional and courteous as they removed the old range and installed the new one, AND were especially infomative about our first use of the oven and cleaning the range stovetop. Well done!! ABT Appliances has been for decades and will continue to be our preferred source for service and purchase of appliances.

Quick processing and excellent packaging! I ordered a $1000+ camera lens from this company. This was my first order and I was extremely satisfied. I paid overnight shipping and everything was processed quickly. My biggest worry for any fragile, expensive item is shipping. ABT packaged this lens perfectly that could withstand almost any physical abuse couriers such as UPS/FEDEX love to provide. I certainly look forward to using this company again.
