Satisfied Customer My sister told me about ABT electronics. This was my first time purchasing anything from them. I purchased a washer and dryer. I have to say that the entire process from purchase to delivery was easy and pleasant. The sales person in the store who assisted us with choosing the appliances was friendly, helpful and efficient. I received both email and text communication about my delivery. I received the call from the drivers as stated in the text and email I received the prior week and after completing my purchase. (I chose an early Monday morning delivery). They arrived on time. They were very professional nice guys. The delivery was quick and efficient. I am pleased with the entire process from purchase to delivery.

Pleasantly surprised I was really hesitant about going there, because I thought I wouldn’t be able to today afford anything there, but I had a wonderful experience at ABT. My salesman (Mr. O’Brien) was great and he helped me in every way that he could though price matching, to get a refrigerator at a price that was right for me.I am very happy with my whirlpool refrigerator. It’s nothing fancy. It keeps my Pepsi cold and my Häagen-Dazs bars frozen. So I’m very happy with my purchase. Would likely recommend. Also, the store is “Beautiful”?

You are apt to be pleased by purchasing at Abt! I shop at the Orland Park store. I highly recommend Abt Electronics based upon my experience with Abt's excellent sales staff, Abt's prices, Abt's delivery system, Abt's delivery personnel, their removal of the old appliance, and their removal of packaging from the new one. If you 'comparison shop' I maintain there is no comparison where Abt will come out in second place. This is the place! P.S. I received nothing now nor will I receive anything in the future for this evaluation.

Chris and Marcos are pros and they are… Chris and Marcos are pros and they are meticulous as can be to make sure nothing gets bumped or damaged when bringing in appliances. They understand that home inspectors will want the anti tip bracket installed on the stove and they use stainless steel braided hoses for water lines. They also told me they are using fire retardant flexible tubing for dryers that is comparable to a sheet metal rigid exhaust venting. They are good guys and you can tell they take pride in their work. On the sales side George Mavraganis always takes good care of me and my real estate clients. Thank you ABT.

Great staff, Great Products, Great Store! I've been shopping at Abt for years. They are a great family owned store with super knowledgeable and helpful staff. They are always ready to listen to you and open to giving you whatever discounts they can. I recently bought a big 75 inch flat screen TV. The salesman gave me some great discounts that really sweetened the deal. The delivery was right on time and the guys were super nice, helpful, and very careful with the entire process. I would definitely recommend Abt to anyone who is looking for an experience that is superior to your typical electronics franchise store one!
