Great Delivery and Set up of new refrigerator John and Trinidad were courteous to me and respectful of my home. They were careful to wear boots over their shoes and not damage my home (walls) when moving the old refrigerator and the new one. They put the new refrigerator together including adding left hinge and cleaned up all packaging. They were responsive to my questions! Great experience!! Called before early delivery due to cancellation.

We are on the third floor of a building with no elevator, so it was NOT an easy delivery getting appliances up and down the stairs - but all went smoothly. Pleasantly surprised I was really hesitant about going there, because I thought I wouldn’t be able to today afford anything there, but I had a wonderful experience at ABT. My salesman (Mr. O’Brien) was great and he helped me in every way that he could though price matching, to get a refrigerator at a price that was right for me.I am very happy with my whirlpool refrigerator. It’s nothing fancy. It keeps my Pepsi cold and my Häagen-Dazs bars frozen. So I’m very happy with my purchase. Would likely recommend. Also, the store is “Beautiful”?

The two men who delivered and installed… The two men who delivered and installed our new stove were AMAZING! They were professional, and personable, took great care to ensure no damage to our floors, and were very meticulous about the installation. They cleaned up after themselves and even gave us a 15% credit after noticing a small ding (that I wouldn't have even noticed) in the unit. They definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting!
