I ordered $845 worth of Thrustmaster… I ordered $845 worth of Thrustmaster products, order number ABT140346488 nearly 1.5 months ago. The items were financed and I have already been making payments on the items. Now on February 28th the order shows delivered by UPS to Glenview IL. I live in Lakeland Florida. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing items online. I would not recommend anyone order products from Abt. They obviously do not care at all about their customers.

ABT is Not a Quality Company I would strongly recommend that people stay away from ABT. If you run into any performance or quality issues, they will try to force you into accepting their solution to the problem. There are too many excellent electronic retailers. Sad to say that ABT is far from excellent – or even good.

Abt service exceptional beginning to end. My wife and I just bought a new refrigerator from Abt. Our sales person knew exactly which refrigerators to show based on the measurements we brought in. Had some quick questions to help narrow down the search a bit more. Showed us to the areas where the most likely candidates were on display and let us make our decision. The delivery people showed up when they said they would, knew exactly what they were doing, finished up quickly, and were all around professionals.

Quick processing and excellent packaging! I ordered a $1000+ camera lens from this company. This was my first order and I was extremely satisfied. I paid overnight shipping and everything was processed quickly. My biggest worry for any fragile, expensive item is shipping. ABT packaged this lens perfectly that could withstand almost any physical abuse couriers such as UPS/FEDEX love to provide. I certainly look forward to using this company again.

Chris and Marcos are pros and they are… Chris and Marcos are pros and they are meticulous as can be to make sure nothing gets bumped or damaged when bringing in appliances. They understand that home inspectors will want the anti tip bracket installed on the stove and they use stainless steel braided hoses for water lines. They also told me they are using fire retardant flexible tubing for dryers that is comparable to a sheet metal rigid exhaust venting. They are good guys and you can tell they take pride in their work. On the sales side George Mavraganis always takes good care of me and my real estate clients. Thank you ABT.
