GBGreat personalized service and top notch phone! I saw an ad for a Galaxy S4 Mini which I was looking for. Contacted the seller (Hannah @ TechTwice) and she immediately sent me several high resolution photos. Great photos. Only problem was, I couldn't visit their store because of conflicts with my own job. So Hannah took the phone off Craigslist and offered several other options to purchase the phone, including shipping it to me, which we ultimately did. The phone has a 14 day return policy so no worries there. The phone arrived exactly as promised, looking practically new. Plus it worked with Verizon immediately. Honestly, the most pleasant phone transaction ever. Great job Hannah! :)
