Great personalized service and top notch phone! I saw an ad for a Galaxy S4 Mini which I was looking for. Contacted the seller (Hannah @ TechTwice) and she immediately sent me several high resolution photos. Great photos. Only problem was, I couldn't visit their store because of conflicts with my own job. So Hannah took the phone off Craigslist and offered several other options to purchase the phone, including shipping it to me, which we ultimately did. The phone has a 14 day return policy so no worries there. The phone arrived exactly as promised, looking practically new. Plus it worked with Verizon immediately. Quick, efficient, Received prompt payment I sent out two different packages on the same day, one to techtwice and the other package to another company that buys back textbooks. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them. I definitely recommend techtwice. Fast, and they gave me the amount they said they would.

As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.
