GBQuick, efficient, Received prompt payment I sent out two different packages on the same day, one to techtwice and the other package to another company that buys back textbooks. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them. I definitely recommend techtwice. Fast, and they gave me the amount they said they would.

GBBait and switch I had white iPhone 5C in excellent condition. They promised one amount and then came down to a lesser amount, saying my phone had a pinkish cast on the screen (meaning LCD problems)...they emailed me photos to show me. Only thing is...the photos they sent were of a yellow iPhone 5C and not my white one. They tried to say it was just bad photography but no way....that was a photo of a yellow phone and mine was definitely white. I agreed to the lesser amount but probably will not used them again, as I do feel like they did a switch on me.

GBGreat Service I needed a phone for my daughter between upgrades. I was in and out of Tech Twice in less than half an hour, completely comfortable with how to activate the replacement phone with my Verizon account, and extremely pleased with the value and quality of the used device. And they were open til 7 so I could run over after work....great experience!
