Super easy transaction- will use TechTwice again A few of our employees just got upgraded phones, so we needed to sell their old ones. I was told I should check out TechTwice, so I asked them for a quote. Their prices were better than the bigger companies I checked, and their process seemed easier too. I sent in the phones and received our money shortly afterward. I'll definitely use them again when we upgrade our employee's phones.

Honored their quote and got it done fast! TechTwice was very good to work with. As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.
